Web Services

Informatics offers a choice of web services:

• The main Informatics web service hosts our official information, or links to it.
• Personal pages can be published on homepages or on the more secure AFS-linked sweb.
• Group web space can give research groups a web presence. It can also be used for conferences, workshops and other events.
• There's a central blog service blogs.ed.ac.uk that should be used for new blogs. There is also the deprecated Informatics blog service that contains some old blogs.
• There are wiki services.
• The legacy web sites of our predecessor departments are still available, but only for historical interest.
