Informatics provides printing, photocopying, scanning and fax services to staff and students in the School. The details depend on whether you are a taught student, and on your computer's operating system.
Taught students are charged for printing. The charging is done via the University's Pcounter system. Informatics gives its taught students an initial free allowance on their print quota. There is a list of charged printers. For more details see Printing arrangements for taught students.
Other users have free printing, and receive monthly emails detailing their usage for the month. Please consider the environmental impact of excessive printing! For these users there is a list of printers for staff and postgrads.
