Use the Computing Support Form to ask a question or report a problem to the computing or the technical staff. When you use the Computing Support Form to contact us, your message is entered into our ticketing system in which you can monitor your own tickets.
Use the Account Request and Machine Move Form to request a DICE account, request a machine or a machine move and to inform us when someone is leaving.
Raising queries and escalation describes the recommended routes for raising, and escalating, queries about operational and policy matters concerning computing in the School of Informatics.

Frontline Support staff
- There are DICE(linux) and Windows machines available for general use on levels 2, 3 and 4 of the Forum in the open areas adjacent to the spiral staircase. The DICE machines can be used by all Informatics staff. They can also be used by any visitor for whom a DICE account has been requested. The Windows machines can be used by any University staff member or visitor with a current EASE account.
