My filestore quota is used up. What can I do?

There are a few things that you should try before contacting support and they can be found on the quotas page.

If there is a need for your quota to be increased, contact support but we can only endorse requests for increases to student quota if it's specifically for project work and agreed with a supervisor.

Please note that the Yesterday directory in your home directory does not count towards your quota.

Because of the cooling failure in Appleton Tower server room on Saturday morning, many services (including some AFS volumes) are still unavailable. All services should be working by Monday lunchtime.
